This so-called "book" is essentially a collection of notes: a few disjointed facts about sleep, some sleep assessment questions (in some cases, just one to a page), names (but not addresses or phone numbers) of some sleep centers, and 20 pages of nightly sleep assessment forms. I can't imagine anyone finding this mishmash of interest or help.
