I have suffered from tinitus for around 2 years. May be related to a herniated disk in my neck. I was having some other problems and the Dr. prescribed Soma, a muscle relaxer. I got the generic carisoprodol. My ear stopped ringing within 1 hour of the first dose for the 1st time in months. It gave me a stomach ache even with milk and food and I only took it for 2 days. I took it the last time about 24 hours ago and my ear is just starting to ring again. The ringing stopped for 2 days completly!! I wanted to share this hoping someone else may get some relief.
