Thanks for haveing the guts tolet us tinitus sufferers in on a possible form of relief, if not a future cure.I will print your message and anyone elses I run across, and show my DR. next week @ my appt.I have a bad knee which sometimes causes my leg to spasm, so I was given Methocarbamol 750mg.I have been suffering from tinitus for 3years,with nohing from specialists but "WE DON"T KNOW". By accident I discovered that if I doubled or trippled the doseage,my ears would stop! I thought I had come accross a miricle cure! But alas it would only work for a couple of days, and when I told my doctor, all they said was "don't you dare take that much!" And then they put a restriction on my presc. "must last 2 weeks". So now I get relief for a few days, then I have to listen to the screaming again for another 10 days or so. I was afraid that if I put this info out on the net that someone may make themselves sick, or worse. But I know if it was me, the risk would be worth the relief, if only for a few hours, which is all it is sometimes. I could not believe that those insensitive #$%^%$#,s would still just say "DUH",when in my mind, and I asked them, "DOES'T THIS SAY SOMETHING?? SHOULD'T THIS BE POINTING IN SOME SORT OF DIRECTION TOWARDS SOME RELIEF FOR THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE"?????!!!! Anyway...if I knew how to go about it I could probably give bill gates some competition $$$ PLEEAASSEE, lets here some feedback from others whoes doctors might care alittle and look into that direction.
