Follow-Up:
I friend of mine just pointed me to this page since he is aware that I have been taking ambien and he is considering it. I have been taking ambien for more than a year with no side affects. At fist, a full pill left me a bit groggy so I just took a half and it worked fine. More recently (past six months ) I've taken a full pill - still no side affects. I take it neary every other night. I think mine are 5mg pills - I forget :-)
