Follow-Up:
I was relieved to learn that other people have experienced night terrors and sp, because it was so frightening and bizarre. I still haven't decided for myself if it's actually happening, just dreams, a supernatural experience, or what. The reason it's so startling to me is because none of the dreams I've ever had have been so realistic. My dream settings may be of familiar places, but there is always something obvious to differentiate dream from reality. My night terrors were exactly like reality. I was not under the influence, not hallucinating, etc. It really happened, I just can't explain it.
