Hello again, Joanne :-) After reading your posting, I felt as though the "person" you saw could be just part of the SP. Sleep Paralysis comes in many forms and can seem very realistic.....sometimes people describe seeing different people they have never met before, sometimes the experience involves horrific creatures such as "the old hag" or "the incubus" and "the succubus." In some of my experiences, I've seen a couple normal looking people appear in front of me(people I have never met before). This occurred as part of my SP experience. Joanne, from what I've deduced from the many postings of this message board is that some people apparently can have a partial SP experience, especially when their sleep paralysis has just begun to happen in their life, and some people can have a full-blown SP experience. One lady began feeling a person behind her laying on the bed and felt the bed moving during her SP experience. However, when I had this same experience, "the old hag" then proceeded to climb on top of me while I was paralyzed and began to choke me. Although your experience with the nude person is suggestive of the beginnings of "the incubus" experience, I can't be certain of this.(please see Keyword: incubus) As far as the difference between OBE's and bi-location....Bi-location is an ancient art(one of our God-given psychic gifts) achieved through discipline of the mind. It involves projecting an image of your ethereal self to a location where one or more people may see you. This differs from OBE's which many times are unseen by others.
