Follow-Up:

I myself have been on ambien for about a year now, and i've found it to be one of the more pleasureable substances ever. I get visuals off of just one pill most of the time, mostly on computer screens like words melting together, or something like a heat "wave" in the air. It seems to give me a very relaxed feeling without making me too tired, so if i wanted to sleep it would just come naturally. It does affect the memory sometimes causing amnesia, especially in higher doses, but i generally don't take more than 20 mg as perscribed by my docter. I would say the mistake in your case is deciding to drive while on ambien, especially on such a large dose. I've done some research and the maximum pleasurable effects are from a much lower dose most of the time, though it could be different for others. most people i know that have tried ambien don't like it's amnesiatic effects but i don't mind them hope this helps James
