Hi, for a while I thought that Astral Porjection and an out of body experience were the same thing but I'm reading a book on A.P. and it says they are not the same b/c we "humans" actually have 4 different bodies: Our physical body, our spiritual body, our mental body, and our emotional body.,,And it says the emotional body is what departs during astral projection, and our other 3 stay perfectly intact, Could someone confirm that or has anyone here even heard of this?
