I am 19 years old, since the age of 14 i have awoke with all of the normal symptoms of sp, sometimes 3 times a week. Dark shadow looming in my room, feeling of being held down, evil presence, absolutly paralized, etc. At first i thought i was dreaming so i did tests, first a put about 10 clocks in my room to see if they would all continue to run and display the correct time while this shadow explored my room. All of the clocks continued to tick the correct time, becuase when i was released from being paralized the times did not change. Another thing that i cannot explain is the fact that i used to have actuall red fingerprint marks on my neck and sometimes on my arms, like i was actually being held down. I am very aware of hallucinations, i have experienced very strong ones from large amounts of various drugs, but these experiences in my room are different. the first night that this ever happened to me i awoke from sleeping, able to move, and turned on the light, opened my door and went to the bathroom. when I returned to my bedroom the door slammed violently behind me and the lights shut off. I instantly turned the lights on and found that the door had been locked from the inside. needless to say this scared the hell out of me, and later that same night is the first time i awoke from sleep paralized and saw i dark shadow around my room. It is also the first time i saw the red fingerprint marks around my neck. If you can shed and information on this subject please let me know. Thank You, Jared Sherwood
