Follow-Up:
Another "hint" (which might not sound very helpful) is this. If you find you can't sleep, don't WORRY about it. There was an experiment done a while back. A bunch of scientists were given the chance to catch up on paperwork by being locked up with no access to natural light, no newspapers, no radio or TV and no clocks. They worked as long as they felt they should, called for breakfast, lunch or dinner when they felt they needed it, relaxed and did some form of recreational activity when they fancied....... Once freed from the tyranny of the clock, they all settled down to "days" significantly longer or shorter than 24 hours. If you think about that, occassional sleepless nights have to be seen as "normal" and there's really no point in TRYING to sleep just 'cause the clock says "BEDTIME". If you can't sleep, don't try! Get dressed and go for a walk...... (Well, it's what I do!).... Good luck to you anyway - DOSSER.
