Dear Thomas :-) Well, I believe you are definitely grieving as evidenced by your strong emotional ties. Most psychics would agree with me that you are in fact being visited by your friend during the sleep state. Thomas, there is a strong connection between emotions and the body, especially the muscles. The structure of the body is an expression of our physical, emotional and mental state. It reveals past experiences, present personality and feelings unexpressed. When emotion is not expressed or released properly, it will migrate to specific areas. This blocked emotional energy will manifest as muscle soreness. In addition, I feel your friend may be trying to give you a message which happens many times in cases like your case. Since your muscle pain indicates sympathy, worry and too much focusing on the subject, your friend may just be trying to say "Don't worry, my dear friend. I'm ok.....I'm happy now and at peace." To get rid of these pent-up emotions, I would recommend the "Express and Release technique". Meditate and express your emotions regarding this....whether it's by weeping, crying out, quiet reflection. Tell your friend while meditating how sorry you are he passed on, how important he was to you, what a great person he was and how much you're going to miss him. Tell him you acknowledge he's ok and at peace and that he will never be forgotten but will hold a special place in your heart always. Also try this technique if you continue to have the dream. And ask him during sleep what message he has to give to you. After you do all this, let it go....release the matter, and don't dwell on it further. This should help you with your muscle pain and recurring dreams. Good luck, Thomas. ~ Kayla
