Nothing is wrong with you... by this I mean you are not crazy. Something though, is bothering you. I think that just like your physical body will... say... give you a headache when you don't eat, also your spiritual body will give you, in this case, a hallicination to tell you that something is out of balance. Check your fears, your frustrations, you relationships, etc. May be you are depressed and you don't even know it. It can be a lot of things. One thing that has been helping me at night, is to leave the T.V on but on mute. Whenever I feel that I am drifting into a hallucination somehow I automaticaly open my eyes and see the T.V first and then I grow aware that I was drifting into a H. I go back to sleep and this repeats many times until I'm so used to it that I don't even need to see the T.V. I know it is there and I remember that I am drifting and compose myself. Then at that point I turn it off and go back to sleep. In other words, before you go to sleep bring up a subject, in my case the T.V, be aware that the subject is real. Whenever you start drifting look for your subject and you'll realize what is going on. I learnt this in a book on 'sleep disorders' though in it the subject was a soft light by the bed. I've had the worst HH that you could imagine and this seems to do the job so that I can get some sleep. Yet the problems wont go away by ignoring them and I'm still working at it.
