Hi my name is Rob an last Thursday morning I had a bout of sleep paralysis. I started feeling like my body was going to shake and then i could not move or open my eyes and then someone in my house dropped something and it woke me up! I had not had any SP for about a year. They say that it comes when you are stressed however this Wed I am going to see a peradontist for a crown lengthing for my tooth. This is a month that I have no tooth near the front top. This has been like this for 4 weeks and now it keeps worring me can they fix it, how much and wll it hurt. so that is the stress perhaps for SP. Now this morning I was having a dream that my girlfriend and I were on grass trying to sleep she gave me a blanket that was to small and was talking to strangers an ignoring me. I was cold and wanted to go home so in the dream I said i had enough so i realized that it was a dream and I started shaking my head and it was hard at first and did it more and finally i woke up! I left my dream cause I did not like it! Is this Lucid dreaming? Why am I having SP and also seem to be able to control my dreams? Is this all the because of me going to see some dentist that is causing me stress? Thanks...Rob
