I have experienced sleep paralysis for ages now. I'm now 25 and this year it's been getting weird. I'm convinced I left my body. Sometimes I see weird and scary images, mostly of bugs, worms, spiders, etc. I hear voices and sometimes see spirits. Last night I was flying in the middle of my street. I can't sleep anymore. I've been missing school/work because I can only sleep in during the day. I've read many metapyhsics books about the different astral planes, and astral travel. I've read about NDEs and reincarnation. I'm so confused.. Am I going insane? It feels like it.. Just needed to get this off my chest. Thanks.
