Follow-Up:
"I'm convinced I left my body." I'm convinced you left your body too. Sometimes you astral project (for lack of a better term) into what appears to be another world. Other times you have an OBE, which is being out of body right here in our own world. Those are the most convincing because many of us have seen things happening in our environments and heard conversations etc, while out of body that we later confirmed to have happened. So it's obvious to many of us that there is a real leaving of the body that happens. The confusion comes in I think at the point where you start interacting with the beings you see while in the out of body state. Whatever they are, they generally seem to be up to no-good. I've had them appear as deceased family members, Jesus, God, demons…all sorts of things. Most often they would come as a girl I grew up with. I knew that sometimes they weren't what they pretended to be but at other times I just wasn't sure. Sometimes they say things that are true and other times you get led on a wild goose chase. I know a woman who once was given the lottery numbers while having an OBE and they hit the next day. It never happened again though. It's like they want to draw you in and so they give you something "real" to chomp on and get you hooked. I spent 3 years or more chasing down all kinds of clues they would leave me about everything from past lives to the pyramids and every conceivable religious philosophy. They all dead-ended though. There are a couple of other people here besides myself that will tell you that their primary objective is to have you going through life wasting time and not fulfilling you're true mission, which is to become the opposite of that selfish, kicking, screaming baby you were when you first arrived. The opposite of that is to be one who is always looking for areas to serve others in and to learn about unconditional love. But to do that you must "do" something. It's hard to do anything if all your free time is spent chasing down mysterious clues that lead to nowhere. I promise you this: Go out and work a couple of days per week at a food bank, a shelter, a runaway hotline, etc and your ASP's and OBE's will come to an abrupt end. Resist the otherworldly characters (whether you believe them to be demons or otherwise) by ignoring them and they'll leave you alone. It may seem strange to stop having these occurrences at first after you've been having them a long time but before you know it life will be much better when you concentrate on getting along in the land of the living, where you were put, and for a purpose that doesn't involve leaving until you're "supposed" to.
