adderall is not for weight loss. if in fact if you are taking it for weight loss someone has prescribed a schedule II classified drug. Class II drugs are restricted by law. adderall is like an amphetamine for those who do not have ADHD. in other words it is speeed and will have devasting short term and long term affects. it could be addictive and it could lead to serious liver problems if taken inaappropriately. i am disapointed to hear that a medical professional would provide this drug for weightloss. think about your body and how to find health the right way! peace, shakti265
