I will try to share the little knowledge I have. If your lives are quite hectic and stressful, try relaxing methods. Breathing exercises and mild workouts (if you don't have much exercise). Meditation. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut down smoking and drinking. Oral/dental hygiene. Vitamin supplements containing all the Bcomplex vitamins in adequate quantities (try only for a few days). Mouth wash and gargle with a mild salt solution or 2% baking soda--whichever seems to be giving good relief.
