Hello. I have been taking Paxil 40mg for 3 months now and I have many many side effects. Especially sexual side effects. Has anyone ever switched from Paxil to Wellbutrin? If so, did you have to slowly decrease your dossage of Paxil before you could start the Wellbutrin? Or was it a simple switch (from one day to the other)? Also, what is the difference from a medication that has SR next to it, such as "Wellbutrin SR and just Wellbutrin"? What is "extended release" and is it the SR or normal medication?
