Follow-Up:
i have burning tongue syndrome for two years now, been to every doctor which gives their opinion in what seems to be whatever they specialize in, i went as far as having my tonsils out.....i am 35 years old and angry and frustrated that no one can figure out what is causing this or give us some relief!! but it does help to know that other people have this......at first my family said i needed to be committed.. until recently when my mother has it now.....just like all of you, i am trying to associate my burning sensation with going to the dentist and him hitting a nerve, which he did, but then with stress, it gets worse...i went thru last summer for a few months with no symptoms at all, only to have it return in November 2000 again and is still here.....HELP HELP HELP!
