Follow-Up:
I had a squint operation at the age of 7 ,since then.I am suffering from this a problem , I went to several doctors but no one could investigate it properly. I feel sleepiness on my left side of the face including my eye and cheek. An eye doctor says its nothing to do with the eye.My MRI is normal. Some one advise me that go to ENT specialist I went to an ENT doctor he suggested me a CT scan of para nasal sinus,I had it and the report says CT Scan Para Nasal Sinuses Direct Contrast There is evidence of low density well circumscibed mass is noted in left maxillary sinus at the base of sinus cavity.Well aerated of para nasal sinuses.No air fluid level seen,normal osteo metal complex.normal turbine.Low density mass in left maxillary sinus is consistent with polyp or mucuos retention cyst. I am taking Telfast 60mg twice daily since 4 weeks the difference is that now some times I feel so fresh ,I dont know whether the thing which is moving around my left eye goes down or move from its place or shrink you know better i really enjoy the difference,feels good and feels a circulation of blood in my face but i never sure when it will happens. Doctor said there is a secreation of this cyst which comes and stuck in the head or face and when it goes down I feel better my left nostril use to block but it doesn’t bother me while sleeping. No breathing problem,no frequent cold or cough,but sleepiness ,on left side of the face close to eye and my eye gets more squint but when it doesn’t effect the eye is almost normal,is that due to this ? Now I had an operation for sinus but no results ,the problem is still there surrounding the left eye.The difference is same before operation when I was taking medicine telfast. but one thing i have felt there is a nose problem when i close my right nostril and take a deep breath from left side i can feel the difference ,normall the left side is blocked i have to pull it little to take a breath.doctor said I have cut the nose bone which was making the mucous. What I believe Doctors always right but it will be much easier to for them if I explain my problem. A kind of a swellings occurs inside of my face near the eye which appears internally which stops the circulation of blood or slow it down or a kind of mucous which nose bone secreats ,comes and block there and cause this problem do u think so?. I also mentioned a thing to doctor but he ignored,tiny pimples are always on my bladder now its smaller then before ,one day a swelling occurred in my under arm with pus,it wasn’t hurting me so much but my this face problem gone for a while.Doctor said it was a phycyological effect but I know cos I felt it.
