You must come off paxil slow.check out pailprogress.com it will tell you alot.Sr is substained relese stays 12-18 hours usually in your system.sp you just take less a day.From experiance i wouldnt go off the paxil fast go really slow like 5mg incraments.Good luck.wellbutrin isnt much different why are they switching you? chris
