Follow-Up:
I experience the same thing with both drugs. In researching them, I discovered that if it causes a feeling of anxiety, it is too large a dose. In reference to the Trazadone, I never did adjust. But the Paxil I adjusted to in about 3-4 weeks. The Trazadone gave me a feeling of unreality, without any sleepiness.
