Follow-Up:
I have similar symptons for a little more than a year. I'm fine until about 3 or 4 am, then I wake with upper left back pain. It goes away after about 1 1/2 hours or so with belching. Been to doctor and acupuncturist - all they come up with is stomach or gallbladder but cannot pinpoint anything. No drugs or remedies seem to help.
