Question:
My husband talks in his sleep almost every night. His speech is clear and concise, with full sentences and conversations. Sometimes it's accompanied by mild sleep walking during which he'll get up out of bed, looks for something, turns on lights, gets dressed, and other simple tasks. Often, he will turn to me and try to engage me in what he is doing. He is clearly asleep, with no recollection of the night's events the next morning and gets angry with me when I tell him what he's said or done. I am losing sleep so much so that I have difficulty concentrating and feel fatigued throughout the entire day. We've had arguments about it. It's beginning to interfere with our marriage. I need suggestions, explainations....anything to help me with this problem.
