Follow-Up:
shakti265, I normally would not use such words but you are full of shit. First of all, Adderall (and other amphetamines) are metabolized in the kidneys. Second, Adderall is VERY effective at reducing weight and also VERY effective at stabilizing mood in some people. It is true that certain people should not take Adderall because of other medications they are on or if they have severe kidney damage, etc. It also (as with other amphetamine medications) raises blood sugar levels and people who are diabetic should make the appropriate adjustments. When weight gain has becase a serious enough problem such that the individual is in danger of suffering from severe damage from their weight problem, Adderall can be LIFE SAVING solution, at least on a temporary basis. Doctors are allowed to prescribe medications as they see justified. This is why the go to school for 8+ years. Adderall is not approved as a treatment for weight loss but this is does not limit a doctors ability to prescribe the medication for such use. I suggest you start from scratch and begin your research again. Apparently you have simply commented on an impulse and I forgive you. Let's leave it at that. Any attempt on your part to compensate for error will only leave you in a position of looking like a moron. It is better to be quiet and thought a moron than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt. ---== LightYear
