I am 58 and I live in England, I have suffered most of my life with rheumatiod arthrits and it has badly affected most of my joints. I was recently rushed into my local A&E centre unable to breathe. It transpires that my vochal chords had closed because the `Aratiniod Cartledge` had fused in one of the vocal chords. Does anyone know of any Precedures which can be carried out to free the fusion.
