i have the same thing my uncle is an oral surgeon and i am going to see a doctor. at first i thought i contracted it from my girlfriend, but then i read all these other people with the same problem. i was scared they were milignant but i did some research and those bumps are not really bumps and don't hurt. i hear it can be due to a vitamin b deficiancy so try that. keep in touch. thanks
