Question:
I am sometimes subject to dreams which seem like I am awake, and where I suddenly realize that I'm still dreaming - only to find myself 'reawaken' and seem like I am awake.. but am still dreaming. This process is repeated many times and as the dream progresses.. i get more anxious as I realize I'm asleep and am trying to wake up for real. I've noticed that I usually get these dreams when I've moved to a new place - but they leave me feeling terrified and drained. I haven't found any information about other people having similiar experiences. Is there any knowledge or explanation behind this type of dream?
