Hey, for the longest time now I have been having trouble napping. It seems just as i begin to fad into the sleep stage, what I would call an electronic jolt will surge through my brain and jump start my heart off running at a quick pace and I'll be wide awake. Maybe this is apena and i just am not familiar enough with the symptoms. Anything about this will be appreciated. Thanks!
