What drug is being used by the military for alertness and for sustaned "awake"periods

Question:

I'm in need of staying awake for 3-4 days while sailing (for self preservation purposes) if the weather turns rough. I'm looking for the non-narcotic non-addictive drug used by the military in combat situations during extended battle. Does anyone know if this is available?
