There's a lot to this, but here are two things most doctors won't tell you. One is, melatonin really helps. It is inexpensive over the counter-take a half hour or so before bed. THe other thing is a supplement called Juice Plus. It isn't sold in stores. It consists of phytonutrients from 17 fruits and vegetables, with no sugar, salt or starch. It builds up your plasma anti-oxidant levels and causes your muscle mass to go up while your fat content goes down.
