I have been on 75 mg of effexor for about one month, and it seems to work ok for the depression, but i am able to get aroused, but its is almost impossible to ejaculate,which is very frustrating, what medication, or help is there for this problem, have heard viagra is more for just getting aroused, i can do that its the other part, that has to be something that can help me, any help please, thanks Mike
