Follow-Up:
This is my first attempt to self diagnose. My lips and surrounding area - chin & cheeks just burn constantly - some times worse than others. Have acid reflux but doctors don't have a clue what this burning is about. taken all kinds of acid inhibitors and now am having B12 injections but so far nothing is working. Seems to be getting worse. Bad taste in mouth most times - almost metallic. Help please.
