Question: After suffering from RLS for fifteen years since pregnant with my one and only child, I'm wondering how to get "off" the Clonazepam. I've tried all the normal solutions with a positive mind, but after a fortnight or so, the symptoms are back. I've seen Neurologists, Sleeps Disorder units, Chiropractors, Masseurs, Herbalists, etc. Drugs such as Sinemet, Dextropopoxyphene, Valerian,, Tegretol, Clonidine, etc. At the moment, i'm trying to wean off the Clonazepam as it makes me very groggy in the mornings and I work a full-time job. I'm trying Kava Kava - at the moment it doesn't seem to make much difference. This is probable the most destructive syndrome as it causes disruption to both home and work. Are there any genuine answers out there? I hope so. Carla
