Question: I recently had my appendix removed (3 months ago) Since the surgery I have gained 60 pounds. (20 pounds per month) I have not changed my eating habits, and since hired a personal trainer with no success. Do you have any suggestions? (My thyroid tests are normal, and I am not pregnant!)
