Message: To racing heart. Some years ago I had a severe episode of panic attacks. After about a week I got some sleep. My psychiatrist uncle hypnotized me to help me calm down the symptoms, and gave me a helpful book to read. I had a little cream sherry right before bed to warm my stomach so that I could avoid the attacks and sleep. When I got pregnant the panic attacks quit. Hypnosis could help, the body might be going through chemical changes that make it more suseptable to the adrenalin rush. Perhaps some valium upon going to bed, or some Kava.
