Message: My wife and I are searching for information on Valerian root extract. Because the FDA does not recognize studies done outside the U.S.A. it is difficult to find information on the long term and short term side effects of Valerian. We would great appreciate any information that point us to a source of information on studies done with Valerian. We have heard rumors of side effects and want to know what any and all scientific and clinical studies have found. Thank-you. Carl.
