Question: I would like to know where I can get information on the device that looks like a set of false teeth that holds your lower jaw forward and, therefore, opens the airway so that you do not snore. I saw it on the news around the spring of 1996. It may create a large enough opening that I may not need my CPAP machine. The straps on my headcap have irritated or harbored the sweat to the extent that it has caused many dark spots on my forhead. I put in a call to my Kaiser doctor but you know how that goes. I may not hear from him until next week. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
