Follow-Up: I am also 42, had RLS for over 15 years and suffer from chronic tiredness. I have tried all the drugs, massage, exercise ,etc, etc, to no avail and find that I am now addicted to Klonopin and can't go anywhere without it. For the last six weeks I have tried the drug Kava which is supposed to promote restfullness at night but not be groggy in the daytime. I take Kava 1.8 gms X 1 with each meal and 2 at night. I still take Clonazepam (your form of Klonipin) but have been able to reduce the dose to 2mgs at night along with the 2 kava tabs. I have lost the groggy sensations of the morning and have not been brighter in the mornings for years. I know that my legs are still moving but at least I'm getting some reasonable (I think) sleep. Most of all, my brain is starting to function again. (especially at work). I am a health care professional and it is important for my brain to be awake. Good luck Carla
