Follow-Up: Hello Marie. When you call your provider you may want to inquire about the Respironics Monarch Mini Mask. It fits under the nose and is much more comfortable than conventional nasal masks. It also produces very little or no "deadspace" so that the sensation of "air hunger" or "claustrophobia" is reduced. The only drawback about this mask is that it does not work well with small noses. You may also want to ask about the Puritan-Bennett Adams Circuit. It also fits under the nose with two little cushions that fit into the ends of your nares. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck.
