GHB as a sleep aid

Message: Has anyone had any experience using GHB as an aid to sleep? I have Fibromyalgia and it is thought to be caused by a lack of deep stage four sleep. Also , what other non drugs has anyone used to aid in sleep? Please reply directly to jubshaw@spartanburg.net
