Message: I'm in my 50s and for as long as I can remember, I've had restless legs. This would occur when sitting for a long time or often, in bed when trying to sleep. I've finally found something that helps me tremendously! I have cut out caffeine after 11 a.m. and I leave off sweets in the afternoon. I had tried muscle relaxers, exercise, etc., but this works for me. Hope it will help some of you out there!
