Question: I think I suffer from RLS. I get those "funny" sensations in my legs, especially when sitting for a prolonged period of time or at bedtime. The situation has progressed to involuntary limb movement. According to my husband, who is thinking of moving to the guest room (can't blame him), I pick a leg up and throw it down about every ten seconds. He heard on a radio program that calcium citrate (1500mg of calcium citrate & 1500mg of Vitamen D is a cure. I am willing to try a non-medication since Clonazepam has produced no relief. Any other suggestions?
