Follow-Up: I too have Fibromyalgia. I have been to a lot of seminars and the thing that stands out the most is that each person is different. Different treatments for each person, including mattresses. I swear by my warm waterbed: other people say that would almost kill them.. However I have been hearing amazing first hand reports on a " magnetic sleep system". It consists of a mattress pad, a comforter and a pillow. Magnetic shoe insoles are also recommended. I haven't tried this system yet, but it is supposed to be a miracle for pain relief. I have received this info from people i trust and i believe it is not false. It is however expensive, around $1500. so I am saving! It is sold through a company called Nikken. There is info available on the net. I just searched their name. Also saw one recommendation of the product on this site. That is why I was in here in the first place. It came up in my search(I used Alta Vista to search). Jen
