Follow-Up: Dear Carol: Thanks for the letter. It feels good hearing so many people that have RLS talk about caffeine and sweets, as much as I don't want to hear that! I've tried monitoring lots of food and thought sugar was a biggie! But had never narrowed it down to caffeine. Wow! Anyway, I just wanted to add, last night I took Valerian Root(2) 530 mg for the first time. I couldn't believe it...I slept the entire night. You may want to look into this "wonder" herb in case you ever slip with the sweets or caffeine. Patty M.
