Follow-Up: one must understand that the brain can process and record more information than we are capable of understanding on a psychological level. try to seperate yourself from your dreams in oder to better understand them and to alleviate anxiety that might cause more. my undestanding is that dreams escape literal understanding in almost every instance. we carry with us an entire history of evolution, physiology and instincts that we will never know and with more information available to us every day, amazing is that there aren't more nightmares. then there is the basic understanding of fear that must also follow. fear accompanies lack of knowledge. ignorance causes fear. fear causes ignorance.
