Follow-Up: My wife went on provigil 4 weeks ago, had three days of energy and then started falling asleep. So now she takes it at night and sleeps all night for the first time in years. Ain't that some kind of oxy-moron? She also takes effexor. Never start two new drugs in the same week!! Doctors should know better than to do that to someone with a disease like m.s. where symptoms come and go anyway. Does anyone else use provigil to sleep at night????
