Follow-Up: once upon a time i suffered from fatigue and sleep disorders. I tried all the drugs and provigil. They all seemed to work at first, but then they stopped effecting me within a few months. Then i tried a new approach. I changed my diet, lots and lots of bread and grains, some fruits and vegatables, very little meat, and no cookies. I drank water and juices, and NO soda coffee or alcohol. That combined with going to bed early and waking up early has changed my life for the better.
