Follow-Up: Hello. I just started taking Provigil after talking to my nurologist. I have MS and seem so tired all the time. There were days when it took everything to get to work and I would crash when I got home. Needless to say, due to the lack of energy my weight has also become an issue. After receiving the normal "You need to lose weight" speach from my doctor I informed him then I need something to give me energy. I can not express how great I have felt for the last four days! Even my boss has noticed a difference. I have more energy, my thought process is more concentrated and my mood seems to be more elevated. It is spooky to say this, but I feel like I did before I realized something was wrong with my body and got the MS diagnosis.
