Follow-Up: Help ! Just got back an MRI that showed possible MS, so the Neurologist suggested provigil for the fatigue ( have been diagnosed with every other auto immune thing over the last 15 years). Was hopeful that provigil would help with the fatigue, but after a couple good days I'm falling asleep at my desk and the aches and pains are worse. Wondering if anyone has had any better luck with other stimulants and combinations. Thanks.
